State of the Art

Analysis Laboratory

Our laboratory is equipped with various analytical equipment, providing precise and accurate content analysis.

We are also working towards obtaining the ISO-17025 accreditation.

  • Chemical Analysis Techniques Include:

    • Estimation of Precious Metals by Fire Assay
    • Acid digestions followed by ICP-OES
    • Spark-OES (Optical emission spectrometer)
    • ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectrometer)
    • XRF (X-ray fluorescence)
    • AAS (Atomic absorption spectrometry)
    • GC (Gas chromatography)

    A dedicated space for our R&D team to carry out their research allowing us to continuously improve our production processes and to perform research and experiment for future projects.

Sampling Lab

Our sampling lab consists of a wide range of equipment that allow us to choose the optimal sampling and distribution process for any given material.

  • Splitter -> For even splitting of the sample
  • Distributor -> To provide accurate automated distribution
  • 360⁰ Mixer -> To obtain a homogenous sample
  • Variety of Mills -> for size reduction
  • Pulverizer -> For PCBA and copper Grinding
